INDEPENDENCE DAY 2020 MESSAGE
Today, we celebrate freedom, reflecting on what it means to be free and honoring the many men and women who have fought for freedom throughout history. While it is very easy to forget, disregard, or denounce historical events, we must take time to remember, reflect, and honor those who pushed for progress. America's independence is not only a sign of freedom within the country, but also to citizens in other countries throughout the world who realized that they too can make change and bring about freedom within their respective countries. America was founded on freedom, albeit imperfect, but progress has been made and continues to be made each and every day.
As we celebrate independence and reflect on where we are today, we should remember the founding principles: life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. This is not unique to America, but it is the basic rights of every human being. We must continue to ensure that our hearts are set to the rhythm of freedom. It does not matter where you come from, who you know, or what you do; it applies to everyone.
While the development of Credo is underway, know that the organization is founded and focused on establishing a belief system that not only will empower yourself to improve, but also to help improve the lives of those around you. Just as the men and women of America's past have pushed the nation forward, so to should we continue to improve the lives of ourselves and the lives of others.
On this 4th of July, God bless you. God bless your family. And God bless the United States of America!
